Mr. Bailey has been in financial management for over 25 years.  His experience includes being the controller of a chemical division of a Fortune 100 company.  His responsibilities included acquisitions, credit, contract review, financial reporting and company representative for financial matters including banking and audits.  He was also CFO and Partner in an LBO of the aforementioned division. Mr. Bailey has more recently been the managing partner in a privately funded real estate investment group that owns and operates commercial properties, as well as the development of new properties.  His is a CPA, and his education includes an MBA.
